Schedule your appointment below.

Click "BOOK" next to the type of appointment that you are scheduling. Then choose your appointment date and time; and whether you are schedule a single (45 minute) or double (75 minute) appointment.

If you are a new client, you will be asked to fill out some basic information. If you are an existing client, choose the "Existing Customer" option and enter your username and password.

If you are paying in advance, you will be asked to make your credit card payment over our secure server.

FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY: After scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to submit your "New Client Package." It provides important information, including the clinic privacy practices and my fees. Either submit your forms online, using the "New Client Package" button or print the completed forms and bring them with you to your first session.
